Join us April 4-6 for Campus 1871, a 3-day startup weekend-style event where you will work with other students from The University of Illinois, Northwestern University, The University of Chicago, and The Illinois Institute of Technology to ideate, create, and bring to life a real startup of your own. This is your chance to learn about entrepreneurship like never before from Chicago’s most prominent business leaders, while enjoying a fun, collaborative weekend in the heart of city at 1871.
The best part: there is a surprise Grand Prize for the winners, including membership at 1871 to continue building your companies!
Campus 1871 is a cross-campus event where students can meet and create their own startups over the course of a weekend (April 4 – 6th).

Over 80 students will meet at 1871 for a free weekend-long event to not only build their own startups but participate in Startup 101 crash courses, keynote speakers, mentorship, pitches, and a grand prize for the winning team. Transportation and hotel rooms will be provided for Northwestern and UoI students.
Applications will be accepted up until Wednesday March 19, however we encourage you to apply before Friday March 14, for special consideration and earlier notification.
